Yehia Massoud

Yehia Massoud holds a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Since July 2021, he is the Director of the Innovative Technologies Laboratories (ITL) at KAUST. Prior to July 2021, he was the Dean of the School of Systems and Enterprises (SSE), Stevens Institute of Technology. Prior to Stevens, he served as a department head at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) between 2012 and 2017. He has published more than 500 papers in leading peer-reviewed journals and conferences. He received the National Science Foundation CAREER Award, and the Synopsys Engineering Award. He was elected an Optica Fellow in 2024.
