We are investing heavily into logistics. In 2016, we received thousands of orders and shipments from customers and partners. The e-commerce industry is a massive market where everyone has to work hand-in-hand in logistics to fulfill their orders. It is the same in healthcare. There are different kinds of logistics available, such as route logistics, logistic distribution, warehousing, and many more. Backlog of customer orders, One of our operational challenges is the backlog of customer orders. On the main site, we have about 1.2 million customer orders on our backlog, and we are actively working to improve this, making it easier to fulfill all the customer orders and resolve the backlog. We are also providing a basic overview of all the names who have a direct stake in the company’s success, to provide a detailed view on the company’s performance.
