But after Tuesday, maybe only the pharma industry would know, thanks to the legislative minutiae.
As it turns out, the FDA just sent out what is called a final order. That tells a particular company exactly what they’re supposed to do in order to keep the drug they are making at scale. That tells them, for example, the delivery process for the drug they need, or how to supply it to their pharma company customers. What’s especially interesting, though, is that the FDA issued the order on February 7, which has now kicked the supply chain to the third phase.
